I don't know about y'all, but working out is a daily struggle for me. I used to play sports up until recently, so motivating myself to workout is a new obstacle (now that I don't have practices to rely on) that I am trying to overcome.
I have days where I am super motivated and ready to go, and other days where I'd rather lie in bed for another hour instead. Anyone else? Thought so. One thing I've learned is this: 90% of working out is mental (getting your butt out of bed and going to the gym), and the remaining 10% is physical (actually doing the workout itself).
One thing that helps me get excited for a workout is having the right gear that makes me feel good. I know it seems silly, but wether you're in the workplace or hitting the gym remember this: when you look good you feel good. So here's to looking chic no matter the circumstance.
