This Monday I am a little more cozy. A little more relaxed. A little more peaceful. I am home! Yup. I am writing this post, in my plaid jammies sitting on my couch. Coffee (obviously) in my hand. This week has me counting my lucky stars. Another year spent with my amazing (and growing!) family. I am still fortunate enough to have both of my grandparents here to share holidays and just normal Sundays with. I am overall, feeling thankful.

This week, take the time to stop running through your crazy-busy-lives. Take the time to let the small, frustrations of life fly out the window. And instead, take the time to be thankful. Start your day with a grateful heart. It will do wonders for your soul. And it will radiate through you, and onto others.
So whether that means you turn off the car radio on your way to work, and just sit in silence. And be thankful for all that you have. Or sipping that cup of coffee on your warm couch, eyes gazing out the window at the bare tress and crisp leaves blanketing the grass, giving gratitude for your life. Take the time to be thankful. Because, whether you realize it or not, you have a lot to be thankful for. A whole heck of a lot. If you feed your mind positive thoughts, your life will start to change. Your outlook on life will be a little brighter. A little more energizing. And a little more.... joyful. You will find there are so many reasons to be happy. And, that your life is enough.
