My (last) first week of the semester is over. And, I am exhausted. Total mind, body, and spirit exhaustion. The first week back seems to be the hardest. Getting back into the swing of things. Hopping into a new routine. Ready to tackle the semester.
I got a FitBit back in December as a Birthday gift (thanks momma!), and it's only until recently that I have gotten into it. Like really, really into it (like walking around my sorority house late at night to get steps in, into it). I have a little competition going with a few of my cousins, and I have stepped (pun intended) up my game. Needless to say I have been extremely sore this week, ha!
So I guess the combination of new classes and my new workout regimen has left me, well, so incredibly tired! I am really hoping I'll get used to this new routine real soon. Here is the weekly round up:
FRIDAY FIVE
